Cameron and Company, Inc.® is the creation of Ronald G. Cameron, a pharmacist who had a vision for improving the industry. In an effort to eliminate the hassle and headaches of locating quality licensed pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians for temporary positions, Mr. Cameron founded The Pharmacist’s Registry®, and has grown the concept to become today’s number one provider of temporary pharmacy talent to hospital, retail, and independent settings.
Since 1970, our company mission has been to provide our clients with the highest quality of service by providing the very best licensed pharmacists and certified pharmacy technicians available at any given time.
Over the years, we’ve placed thousands of qualified pharmacists with many satisfied clients. Today, virtually anywhere medications are dispensed, Cameron and Company, Inc.® has been there, filling the need for temporary help.

Our ability to deliver the best is driven by four primary concepts:
We do everything possible to protect our clients from risk, liability, and exposure, and we have all the necessary insurance to protect our clients. View more information on our insurance coverage. ALL of our Pharmacists and Technicians are Cameron and Company, Inc.® employees, their wages are reported to the IRS on 940/941/W-2 Forms. See IRS Revenue Ruling 87-41 for further clarification.
We maintain local management across the U.S. so clients are not conducting business with someone thousands of miles away. Local presence enables us to interview and qualify potential applicants in person. We do not hire over the telephone.
Since 1970, our motto has been, “If we can’t send you the right person, we won’t send anyone at all.” We only refer the most qualified candidates who pass our rigorous screening and credentialing process.
We fill 97% of assignments. The assigned Pharmacist or Technician will be there, on time, for the complete shift.
While some of our competitors may offer lower rates, they frequently do not offer the same level of insurance coverage to protect your interests. The bottom line is, no other firm matches the security, service, quality, and reliability that you find working with Cameron and Company, Inc.® We take pride in delivering the best to our clients, every day.
